I’m a human-first thought leader, entrepreneur and speaker focused on purpose, emotional intelligence, leadership, culture and strategic thinking.
For almost two decades, I’ve worked in the corporate events and brand experience industry, helping organisations create meaningful experiences, strengthen relationships and connect people through strategy-led engagements.
I’m the Founder and Managing Director of WeAreSTF, a boutique Events and Brand Marketing Agency. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading brands across Africa and beyond while building a reputation for combining commercial thinking with human connection.
The Sharon Seleka brand was created as a space to share the reflections, frameworks, tools and insights that have shaped my own journey. Through speaking engagements, advisory work, digital resources and thought leadership, I help individuals and organisations navigate growth, alignment, self-awareness and intentional leadership.
